According to the American Aerobics Association International (AAAI), more than 24 million people participate in aerobics. You could be number 24 million and 1 or 2 or perhaps even 3. If you have a desire to be a part of such a large number of people, First Presbyterian offers classes at various times throughout the year. Come join us as we assist several of the 24 million in their journey to a healthier life.
Besides the fellowship, the benefits of aerobics include increased cardiopulmonary efficiency, strengthened heart and lungs, improved circulation, lowered cholesterol levels, and stress and anxiety reduction.
A low-impact exercise class for all ages and fitness levels. The hour-long workout involves cardio, weight training, and stretching – a total exercise class!
