 Conference Schedule

We welcome you to a celebratory dinner and lecture where we will mix business and pleasure by offering a marital discourse by Dr. Jim Newheiser combined with a lively dinner and raffle. The event will be MC-ed by our own Mr. Clarke McNair. Business and semi-formal attire, please.

On Saturday morning, please join us for a continuation of the festivities at a casual weekend brunch. Dr. Newheiser will continue to share his insight and tips on a peaceful marriage, and we will wrap up with an honest and thoughtful Q&A panel comprised of some of our own church members. These members will represent all stages of life and marriage and will share their thoughts and lessons on a marriage well lived.

Speaker Bio

Dr. Jim Newhesier joins us to unfold the biblical principles that bring peace to marriage.

Dr. James Newheiser, Jr.

Associate Professor of Christian Counseling and Practical Theology 
Director of the Christian Counseling Program and Associate Professor of Christian Counseling and Practical Theology at RTS Charlotte

For 25 years, Dr. Newheiser served as the Preaching Pastor at Grace Bible Church in Escondido, California. He is also the Director of the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship (formerly CCEF West) and an Adjunct Professor of Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College. Furthermore, Dr. Newheiser serves as a board member at both the Biblical Counseling Coalition (BCC) and the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

Jim has been married to his wife Caroline for 36 years and they have 3 adult children.
